Sales Manager for the Industrial & Logistics Sector (SK & CZ)

  • Location: Slovakia / Czechia (hybrid)
  • Salary: €3,200/month (and more depending on experience) + generous bonuses for achieving sales targets (€2,200 to €7,000+)
  • Start date: By agreement
  • An existing network of contacts in the industrial and logistics real estate segment (developers, investors, real estate funds)
  • Responsibility and independence in work without the need for strictly predefined sales procedures
  • Experience managing business opportunities from the first client contact through to closing the deal
  • Experience in sales or business development in a B2B environment within industrial/logistics real estate or development
  • Experience with the BREEAM certification system or knowledge of building certification environments is an advantage, not a requirement
  • Knowledge of the real estate environment, industrial development, construction, or technical services is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Slovak or Czech; knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage
  • Experience and skills in marketing are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Slovakia and the Czech Republic
  • Category B driving license, active driver
  • Active identification and development of business opportunities in BREEAM certification for industrial and logistics real estate in the Slovak and Czech markets
  • Independent management of business opportunities from the first client contact, through solution design and preparation of a commercial offer, to closing the deal
  • Building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with developers, investors, and owners of industrial and logistics projects
  • Presenting SALVIS services in sustainable buildings, certifications, and consulting for projects in the industrial and logistics real estate segment
  • Preparing commercial offers, drafting contracts, and conducting contract negotiations
  • Close cooperation with the technical team
  • Participation in business meetings, conferences, and networking events
  • Working with CRM and reporting sales activities
  • Cooperation in developing the company’s sales strategy

We are looking for a sales professional to join our team whose mentor will be the company’s CEO and who will gradually take responsibility for developing business activities in the Slovak and Czech markets.

The market for certified industrial and logistics real estate in the region is growing dynamically, and developers increasingly require environmental certifications for their projects. For this reason, we are looking for an experienced sales professional with contacts in this sector who will help us further develop business opportunities in the industrial & logistics segment.
