EU Taxonomy
The EU Taxonomy establishes a uniform framework for determining what constitutes a truly “sustainable” economic activity. For investors, banks and large tenants, it is increasingly important to be able to demonstrate that a building meets the requirements of this regulation.
At SALVIS, we help clients do just that — we translate complex technical requirements into concrete steps and prepare complete documentation that you can use when communicating with banks, investors or during due diligence. Without this documentation, it may soon be difficult to finance a project at all.
We provide EU taxonomy services as a separate service or as a supplement to BREEAM or LEED certifications.
Self-proclaimed sustainability claims are not enough. Prove it — and gain the trust of banks, investors and tenants.
Benefits
We will help you meet the requirements of the EU taxonomy and gain an advantage in financing or selling your building.
Increased attractiveness of the property for investors and tenants
Access to cheaper financing (interest rates up to 0.5% lower)
Avoiding the risk that the project will not be financeable from 2026 onwards
Full control over documentation — auditable output report

“We chose SALVIS as our BREEAM assessor based on our previous brief and positive experience for many of our upcoming projects. Originally the supplier of certification for a small construction project in Slovakia, they have now become our main partner for BREEAM and EU Taxonomy not only in Slovakia but also in the Czechia.”
FAQ
An overview of answers to frequently asked questions about our company and the services we offer.
No, it is not. Large companies must indicate whether they carry out activities that are part of the EU taxonomy. However, they do not have to comply with the requirements. But compliance with the EU taxonomy is increasingly required for financing or leasing to large corporate tenants.
